Parent Pause
A gentle space for parents to rest, reconnect, and PAUSE — while your little ones are nurtured nearby in our magical playroom.
Join us for guided meditation, Hot Cuppa, soulful connection with others on the parenting path. Held in our upstairs studio, this is time just for you — to refill your cup in a safe, supportive environment.
🕊️ Two weekly sessions:
MONDAY 3:30 pm – Parents with children aged 5–10 (8 children ONLY)
MONDAY 4:30 pm – Parents with children aged 2–4 (4 children ONLY)
