Our Women's Circles are...
For women who want to fill up their cups through connection, presence and quality conversation. We share an open and safe space to be our whole selves and share what’s sitting on our hearts that we want to express. Circle also gives you the opportunity to seek reflection, guidance and love for matters that you want to share.
Sitting In Circle
We sit in circle around the new moon which symbolises water, emotion, our inner world and the cycle of being a women. This gives us a powerful energetic environment to be our beautiful vulnerable selves in circle with other women. Radiating in each others presence! Our super power as women is our voice, our vulnerability, our emotion and our unique energetic cycles.
Many women ask me what is involved in my women's circle? Are they structured? Is there anything you need to do? And my answer is each circle is different! We flow with what each circle needs! And you don’t need to know, do or be anything to join our circle - only your beautiful self! Some circles are purely a 2 hours chat! Another we meditate and discuss, and then again the following will be different! I don’t put pressure on a structure or keep discussion to a minimum because we come to be and express in the presence of each other. To not only reflect to one another but to be seen and heard .
Women's Circles create the space to bring Women together from all walks of life...
This allows the capacity to connect, share, be present, feel seen and heard. Women circles date back centuries where traditionally women would circle together, talk about life, difficulties, emotions, women hood, mother hood, hormonal changes, their duties as a women and so much more. I wanted to create this space for women to reconnect with each other, reconnect with themselves, deepen our bond but most of all come home to yourself and honor the wonderful women you truly are.
Women are cyclic, deep, emotional beings and this is such a beautiful thing! This is to be celebrated, seen, heard and honoured! And what better way then to do this in a womens circle. If your needing connection, support, love and understanding. If you want a safe space to sit in stillness to reconnect with who truly are and honour the wonderful essence of you? Please join us! We will partake in group sharing conversation, reflection, spiritual guidance and group activities for a bit of fun! We will also have refreshments and nibbles to share. My Story
Hi, I'm' Courtney and I LOVE hosting Circle with Women. To come home to yourself and through ceremony fill up your cup.
I am soon to be 29, a new mum, live in the Snowy Mountains on Narigo land, nearly finished studying my Masters in Holistic Counselling and ANS Therapy with a side of life coaching, love all things astrology, passionate foodie, hippie, old soul, an adventure seeker and feel most at peace living aligned with mama earth.
My purpose with this mission is to help women reconnect with themselves, with the women around them, our beautiful gift of being a women and the universe around us. I want to do this through circle, retreats, gatherings and so much more! I host Womens Circles (and soon to be Full Moon Gatherings) which is always so perfect for the season of life we are experiencing each month.
I love honoring the beauty of women and their energetic being! Our intuition, our cyclic nature, our powerful emotions and all that we bring to our wonderful world. Because this is our super power. I want to change the mindset of {we are to emotional, to much, to busy, people pleasing, not enough, to sexy, not sexy enough, etc} to this is all normal and it’s not us that’s need changing, it is the world.
So let’s join together and support each other coming home to ourselves to honor how f**king wonderful we truly are! Every aspect of a women is needed in this world and it is time to celebrate that 🧡
